Nasarawa State Police Command has arrested a lady, Alice Mulak of Ungwan Gwari, Karu Local Government Area of the state for st@bbing her boyfriend to de@th with a kn!fe following a quarrel.
As mentioned by the Spokesperson of the command, DSP Ramhan Nansel, who confirmed the incident in a statement on Friday, October 14, 2022, said the suspect was arrested by police operatives attached to Mararaba ‘A’ Division led by CSP Musa Babayola.
As stated by the PPRO, preliminary investigation revealed that the incident happened behind City Rock Hotel, Mararaba at about 0330hrs when the deceased and his girlfriend engaged themselves in fisticuffs as a result of a misunderstanding.
Therefore the suspect was arrested and the kn!fe used in carrying out the act was consequently recovered based on the directives of the Commissioner of Police, CP Adesina Soyemi,” the statement read.
