RM Castilla thrashes Sanse (1-5)

Castilla  won their match this Saturday on the lawn of San Sebastian de Los Reyes, the current leader in the standings.

The match was played at an ungodly hour, Raúl’s side did not let the schedule get them down and beat San Sebastian de Los Reyes 1-5. A third win for Madrid reserves this season lifts them to second place  in their  Segunda B group standings.

The meeting quickly found to the advantage of young Madrid. After just three minutes, new Bayer Leverkusen striker Iker Bravo scored the game’s first goal and celebrated with a dance, to show his support for first-team player  Vinicius Junior .

Sanse equalized in the 13th minute but Castilla quickly regained control of the game, thanks in particular to a great Sergio Arribas. The midfielder had a big game and was involved in several goals.

In the second half, Raúl’s team totally bent their opponent, with goals from Rafa Marin, Arribas and finally Theo Zidane, the penultimate of the Frenchman’s line who is still playing at Fabrica. Final score, 1-5.
